 Josephine Orji broke her own world record after winning gold in the women’s powerlifting +86kg category yesterday. Josephine Orgi lifted 160kg to secure Nigeria’s 8th gold medal at the ongoing Olympic games. Congrats to her!

UN Says Millions Of Refugee Children Are Out Of School

The UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) on Thursday said over 6 million of school-age refugee children around the world had no school to go to. UN High Commissioner for Refugees, Filippo Grandi, warned that the problem could lead to further conflicts if it was left unaddressed. Most of these 3.7 million children who are not getting a primary or secondary education live in developing countries. The agency added that some 900,000 of them are Syrians.
